The program

RNRNYC RACING is an elite racing team and athlete development program forged in New York City.

We identify and develop promising cyclists by providing structure, support, and access to high-impact race opportunities alongside experienced, world-class riders.

The program is backed by top industry partners, high standards, and a culture of accountability, respect, and performance.

We exist to create pathways, from potential to podium, without losing the values that make the sport worth pursuing.

iN DETAILS

RNRNYC RACING provides talented riders who work hard the resources, and focus, that pursue high-level race goals.

New York is intense. Training windows are tight. Weather is harsh. Roads are crowded. Travel is expensive. Everyone is balancing careers, life, and ambition. That reality doesn’t make racing impossible, but it does mean you need more than motivation.

It requires structure, planning, support, and people around you who appreciate the sport while understanding that life is bigger than sport.

What the program is

Training alignment & accountability
We care about is consistency and showing up. Training together with intention creates shared standards, honest accountability, and better athletes.

Race planning & execution
We race as a unit, with a plan. That means choosing a calendar with purpose, understanding roles on race day, and learning from every block and data point, not just showing up and hoping it works out.

Access to world-class athletes
Through our partnership with RUBBER N’ ROAD, riders have the opportunity to train and race alongside world-class athletes with experience at the highest level of the sport.

Partner-backed support
Support only matters if it actually helps performance. Our partners back the team, and we’re organized enough to make that support meaningful, on the road, on race day, and across the season.

A respectful, welcoming culture
We take racing seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Above all, we’re a group of friends looking to make a positive impact in cycling. RNRNYC RACING is a competitive environment built on mutual respect, clear expectations, and shared effort. Just athletes who want to race hard and get better together.

MORE THAN just racing, FOR THE NYC community

RNRNYC RACING exists inside a larger NYC cycling ecosystem. We’re committed to helping the local scene grow through open rides, clinics, and skills sessions. The goal is not to turn everything into a closed team pipeline. The goal is to make more riders better, safer, and more confident, and to build a culture that feels like it belongs to the city.

About our roster

Our roster brings together a mix of highly experienced riders from around the world alongside emerging talent from the local NYC scene. Some riders arrive with years at the highest levels of the sport. Others are early in their development and building towards the next step.

What everyone shares is the same reason they chose this program: they seek a structured, supportive race environment that fits real life.

RNRNYC RACING is built around training alignment, purposeful race planning, clear standards, and a team culture that values consistency, respect, and progress.

Experienced athletes help set the tone and raise the level on and off the bike. Developing riders benefit from that environment and contribute the hunger that keeps the program pushing forward.

We are building a team that races with intent, improves season over season, and supports athletes as whole people. That mix is the point.

Our connection to RUBBER N’ ROAD

RUBBER N’ ROAD is a performance design studio based in NYC, supporting this program. The brand’s support enables us to offer athletes to systems, a path for long term progression, and opportunities to ride and engage with top athletes from across the world.

The kit is part of the identity, but it’s not the point. The focus is performance, development, learning, and doing things properly over time.
