mission

Our mission is to compete at a high level by holding all athletes to the same standards of preparation and respect, without erasing individuality.

We welcome athletes from different backgrounds, identities, and paths into the sport. What unites us is not sameness, but commitment, to training, preparation, mutual respect, and showing up with intention. This is a serious environment for athletes who want to improve and contribute.

The program was built by people who know what it’s like to love the sport and still feel peripheral to it. Our response is practical: access through structure, clear expectations, and fair standards.

Athletes are judged by their work, discipline, and respect for the group, not by who they are or where they come from.

Creating an environment where all athletes feel secure in who they are is fundamental to sustained performance.

Competition isn’t easy, but it should be fair, and it should feel possible for those willing to take it seriously.

Inclusivity & Environment

RNRNYC Racing is a performance program built on preparation, accountability, and mutual respect.

We expect all athletes to treat one another with respect and professionalism in all settings. This standard governs how teammates interact, how conflict is handled, and how the team conducts itself in both public and private settings.

RNRNYC Racing operates at high athletic standards. To ensure that access to those standards is not restricted by fear, silence, or self-censorship, the team maintains an LGBTQ+ safe environment.

Athletes are not asked to represent causes or identities. They are expected to arrive prepared, respect one another, and contribute to a welcoming culture where performance and dignity coexist.

Our responsibility is to remove unnecessary barriers not by lowering expectations, but by making them clear, consistent, and fairly applied.
