Co Founder of RUBBER N’ ROAD and Team Manager of RNRNYC RACING, Max has been racing in New York since 2016 and leading community driven programming in the city since 2018. He brings hands on athlete experience and a focus on building a structured, welcoming environment for riders in NYC and beyond.

She’s lined up in CRCA’s Central Park Racing Series and represented the U.S. at the 2025 UCI Gravel World Championships, bringing a strong blend of endurance and city sharpened race craft.
